Who Is Art of Integration?

Where image becomes insight.

At Art of Integration, we guide teens, adults, couples, families, and leaders through transformative pathways of healing and identity reclamation using our proprietary approach: Integris™ Therapeutic Art.

We specialize in supporting those navigating:

  • Bullying recovery and identity loss

  • Grief and emotional overwhelm

  • Feeling unheard, unseen, or disconnected

  • Transitions in relationships, family, and leadership

Our work blends structured, image-first frameworks with a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices, emotional integration, and cognitive growth.

A Proprietary Approach:

Integris™ Therapeutic Art

At the heart of our work is Integris™, a Visual Insight Practice™ that uses structured drawing frameworks to help participants:

  • Express what words cannot

  • Externalize emotions safely, without overwhelm

  • Create new neural pathways that foster clarity and belonging

  • Reclaim identity and restore a felt sense of wholeness

Every mark, every sketch, every framework is designed to make the invisible visible — transforming internal experience into tangible insight.

Programs Designed for Transformation

We offer specialized programs for different audiences, each powered by Integris™ Therapeutic Art:

  • Lines That Speak™ — a 6-week program for teens recovering from bullying, helping them draw their voice back when words feel impossible.

  • Insight Sketch™ Sessions — individual or group experiences where one sketch becomes a map of meaning and a gateway to integration.

  • Family & Couples Pathways — visual frameworks that create shared understanding and belonging through collaborative expression.

  • Women’s Identity Integration Programs — guided journeys for reclaiming voice, redefining leadership, and embodying alignment.

  • Grief & Loss Offerings — image-first practices that honor the unseen, allowing space for expression, release, and renewal.

More Than Symptom Management

At Art of Integration, we believe healing isn’t just about coping — it’s about transformation.
Through safe, reflective practices, we help you:

  • Reconnect to your voice and identity

  • Integrate new insights into daily life

  • Build sustainable pathways of growth

For those experiencing heightened anxiety or sensory sensitivity, we also offer assessments to determine if the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) may support nervous system regulation.

Our Commitment

Healing begins in the moment you are seen, heard, and held. Integration unfolds as you bring every part of yourself into alignment — your stories, your emotions, your belonging.

At Art of Integration, we create spaces of safety, creativity, and restoration where image becomes insight and insight becomes transformation.
